My journey into baking began at the age of 20 during a life-changing trip to Italy. It was there that I first experienced true artisanal bread - crafted with passion and local ingredients. That experience ignited a love for bread, and from that moment on, I was hooked.

 

Since then, I’ve had the privilege of learning with some of the world's best artisanal bakers, perfecting my recipes, and exploring unique combinations of ingredients inspired by the rich flavours of the Middle East and Mediterranean.

 

Whilst bread is my passion, I felt it was also important to develop my patisserie skills, so I enrolled at a number of prestigious cooking colleges, challenging myself to gain formal international qualifications and providing me with immense learning. Graduating was a true life highlight, as were the many happy months spent in the kitchen!

Most weeks I bake at home, giving away my bread to the local community and my followers, who have all encouraged me to open my own bakehouse so they could enjoy my creations more regularly. Now, with the support and collaboration of a trusted friend, who is also a talented baker, my dream has finally come true, I can now share my love for artisanal bread and pastries with you every day.
