Order & Delivery Policies
Order Placement
Orders can be placed via third-party delivery apps or through our WhatsApp number. We do not accept orders directly through our website.

Delivery and Shipping
Deliveries are managed by our trusted third-party delivery partners. Delivery times and fees depend on your location and the chosen delivery app’s policies. Maha’s Bakehouse is not responsible for any delays once the order has been handed over to the delivery partner, though we'll do are best to ensure you receive your order as soon as possible.

Order Cancellation
Orders cannot be canceled once they are confirmed via third-party apps or WhatsApp. Please ensure your order details are correct before confirming.

Refunds and Returns
Due to the perishable nature of our products, we do not offer refunds or exchanges. If there’s an issue with your order, please contact us within 24 hours via WhatsApp, and we will do our best to address your concerns.
